Ms. Cadillo is the Managing Director and lead Investment Officer for Cadillo Companies, LLC. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy for assets to be sold or leased in the Texas market, Houston region, as well as leading other investment related initiatives and transaction activities in the US on behalf of her clients. Her total AUM depends on her current assignments.

Ms. Cadillo brings more than 23 years of business experience in three key sectors across disciplines including accounting, finance, product development, marketing, business development, investments management, corporate real estate, CRE investments, and international business. Before starting her practice on corporate real estate and brokerage of CRE investments, she served as the Regional Manager for Standard Insurance based in Portland, where she was charged with developing and penetrating the San Diego market focusing on financial planning & analysis, wealth management and portfolio diversification strategies across investment types including real estate funds.

Prior to 2009, she served in a variety of corporate roles in Southern California overseeing Assets under Management, Portfolio Management, and Institutional Retirement Plans. Her background also includes lead roles working in international management, marketing, product development, with assignments in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australasia.

Ms. Cadillo holds a B.S degree in business administration, minor in International Business, and an MBA with a focus in commercial real estate investments from University of California and CalPoly University (California) respectively. She is a real estate designated Broker in Texas, a licensed RE agent in California (inactive), and was a securities investments advisor with related certifications from FINRA (Series 7, 66, 31, 42), CalBre and now TREC.  She is fluent in English, Spanish and speaks basic French.

She is a member of BACREN, ICSC, and FENG professional associations.

Based in the West Coast, Mr. John Kelterer is a residential developer and consultant for various entities in OC.  His expertise include development and construction of residential and commercial real estate projects, public-private partnerships, negotiations of water rights and other utility services, and financial negotiations of large capital outlays for commercial real estate projects.
